1. If your calendar system is independent (CRM or DB or ERP)
We need:

2. If your system stores appointments in a Database
We need:
Type of database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.)
Access credentials:
Host (IP or domain)
Port (e.g. 3306 for MySQL, 5432 for PostgreSQL)
Username and password
Database name
Table schema where appointments are stored (e.g.
appointments
with columnsid, title, date, time, customer_id
)

We need:
A Google account

An app registered in Azure Active Directory → Client ID, Tenant ID, Client Secret
