1. If your calendar system is independent (CRM or DB or ERP)
We need:

  • Base API URL (e.g. https://crm.mycompany.com/api/)

  • Endpoints to manage appointments:

    • POST /events → create event

    • GET /events → list events

    • PUT /events/{id} → update

    • DELETE /events/{id} → delete

  • Authentication method:

    • API Key

    • Bearer Token (JWT)

    • Basic Auth (username/password)


2. If your system stores appointments in a Database
We need:

  • Type of database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.)

  • Access credentials:

    • Host (IP or domain)

    • Port (e.g. 3306 for MySQL, 5432 for PostgreSQL)

    • Username and password

    • Database name

  • Table schema where appointments are stored (e.g. appointments with columns id, title, date, time, customer_id)

📌 In summary:

  • If your CRM already has an API → provide endpoints + credentials.

  • If your CRM only saves to DB → provide database credentials + table schema.


3. If your bookings are in Google Calendar
We need:

  • A Google account

We need:

  • A Microsoft 365 account (Outlook / Exchange)
